摘要/Abstract

摘要：当今中国正在发生扬弃现代工业文明、构建和谐社会、实现人与自然和谐持续发展的生态文明建设的历史性变迁，这一变迁的重要阵地在农村，而实现这一变迁的重要主体根据在于新型农民的现实生成。武陵山区的广大农民要实现脱贫致富奔小康的战略目标，关键在于实现自身素质和能力的全面更新，这也是生态兴农的价值归宿。

关键词： 生态兴农, 新型农民, 生态文明建设

Abstract: China now is undergoing a historical process of developing the useful and discarding the useless of modern industrial civilization,constructing a harmonious society,and realizing the sustainable development between man and nature. With the main position in countryside,this transition largely depends on the formation of new peasants. To shake,throw off poverty and set out on a road to prosperity and strive for a better-off life,the vast peasants in Wuling Mountain areas have to improve their own quality and ability. This is also the end-result of developing an ecological agriculture.
