摘要:培养学生自控能力,加强学生的自我管理,是班级管理工作的重要组成部分。本文简述了班级管理的理论依据、教育培养的现实意义、学生自控能力的动因分析,探讨了学生自控能力培养的四步心理训练强化措施,即强化理念,坚定决心;坚持不懈,坚定目标;自我激励,坚定信心;耐受挫折,坚定恒心。
关键词: 自控能力, 动因, 心理训练
Abstract: It is an important part to train students’ self-control ability and strengthen their self management.This paper analyzes the theoretical foundation to strengthen class management and the motivation of students’ self-control,and suggests four steps to train their self-control ability.
