摘要/Abstract

摘要：杨秀峰是我国杰出的马克思主义教育家，他运用马克思主义教育理论指导他主要从事的教育研究和教育实践工作，留下了宝贵的精神财富。在高等教育领域，他尤为重视教学质量的提高，对提高高等教育教学质量的相关内容如教师质量、合格人才、科学研究以及教学改革在教学质量提高中的重要作用和应该采取的具体措施进行了充分论述，具有非常重要的理论价值和现实意义。

Abstract: Starting from the present status of high debt of colleges and universities in our country,this paper analyzes the negative effect caused by this,and suggests countermeasures on the parts of governments and colleges and universities.
