Abstract: How to construct a discourse system with Chinese characteristics in the new era is a complex systematic project with top-level design and concept penetration,born and developed in practice.Based on "Chinese reality" and "Chinese paradigm",a comprehensive study is conducted on the concept definition,core issues,category paradigm,connotation and extension,generation mechanism,basic laws,dissemination and innovation,and practical paths,in order to provide an integrated,academic and practical perspective on the construction of a discourse system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Taking the background and significance into consideration,this paper reveals the inherent law and logical way of the construction,and analyzes the logical starting point,opportunities and challenges in the course of it.It is proposed that the construction logic and realistic path of it are indispensable perspective expansion to solve the core problems of the construction,such as the historical basis and the historical implication,the theoretical basis and the construction law,the logical starting point and the opportunities and challenges,and the way to construct the system.They are the essential aspects to enrich and extend the research on the construction of discourse system with Chinese characteristics,representing Chinese voice and showing Chinese style.
