Abstract: The Chinese approach for global governance with the core value of"building a community with a shared future for mankind" is a theoretical self-consciousness under the dual pressures of increasing global risks and governance failure.The approach,put forward by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,is based on the summary of the development history of global governance theory and its practice,as well as the scientific and creative conclusions drawn from a wide-span review of valuable experience,covering a broad historical background,rich ideological connotations and profound Chinese wisdom.It realizes the transcendence of the consciousness of nation-state sovereignty with the consciousness of a community with a shared future for mankind,and solves the problem of the growing sovereign consciousness of powerful countries;it integrates traditional governance of rule and governance of relation with the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,and enhances the efficiency of global governance;it advocates the concept of extensive consultation,joint contribution and shared "benefits",builds a new type of international relations with win-win cooperation as the core,and promotes the formation of a fair and reasonable new global governance system based on the sovereign equality of nation-states,which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for global governance to get out of the dilemma of global governance failure.
