摘要：茶业是武陵山片区的特色产业，也是当地精准扶贫的重点产业。利用因子分析法对2005—2015年武陵山片区五个产茶基地的茶叶流通效率相关数据进行分析，认为武陵山片区茶叶流通效率总体呈现上升趋势，且分为低效、有序、稳步增长三个阶段；并基于各阶段演进趋势特征及阻碍发展的原因分析，从促进茶叶流通协同联动发展、完善茶叶流通现代组织体系、推进实施茶叶流通品牌战略、营造良好的茶叶流通环境等方面提出提高武陵山片区茶叶流通效率的政策建议。

Abstract: Tea industry is a characteristic industry in the Wuling Mountainous Areas,and also a key industry in the local practice of targeted poverty alleviation.By applying factor analysis,this paper measures the circulation efficiency of tea from 2005 to 2015 in five tea production bases in Wuling Mountainous Areas.A general rising trend of circulation efficiency is found,showing three stages of low efficiency,orderly circulation,and steady growth.Based on the development trend in different stages and analyzing the obstacles,this paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance circulation efficiency and realize poverty alleviation through tea industry,which include accelerating collaborative development,improving the circulation structural system,promoting the strategy of brand,and so on.
