Abstract: Index of learning-oriented Party organization is important to estimate its work,and is closely related to the quality and orientation of the work.This index should first reflect the general requirement,inner features,core elements,and construction rules of the learning-oriented Party organization.Based on the principles of system,simplicity,operability,and comparability,three levels,different standards and corresponding weighted values should introduced into the index,evaluating the efficiency in the forms of assessment and self-assessment,normalizing the construction of learning-oriented Party organization.
