摘要/Abstract

摘要：毛泽东的群众路线方法论、维纳的双向通信理论与现代民主管理模式，具有统一的思想基础。毛泽东的思想与维纳的理论在现代民主管理中实现了紧密、有效的结合。但是，维纳没有注意到毛泽东的思想，管理思想的创新者们也没有注意到维纳科学理论与毛泽东哲学思想之间的结合点。

Abstract: A common ideological basis exists in Mao Tsetung's methodology of the mass line and Norbert Wiener's theory of both-way communication and modern mode of democratic management. The modern democratic management embodies both Mao Tsetung's thought and Wiener's theory. However,while Mao Tsetung's thought is ignored by Wiener，the combination of Wiener's scientific theory and Mao Tsetung's philosophic thinking is also ignored by innovators of new managing ideology.
