摘要：中国现代文学背景下的沈从文文论在客观上弥补了新文学发展中的某些薄弱环节。就人生观和文艺观的主要倾向而言，沈从文采取相对温和的审美论立场，以美学观点和美学方法作为文学理论的主导观念和方法，在理论上有具体针对性。其主体论批评亦可作如是观，在突出审美独特性的同时以哲学反思为特色，对人的主体特征进行艰难的论证。所长处往往蕴涵所短，这样的独特性和复杂性都源自于沈从文的文论与创作取同步前行的姿态。

Abstract: SHEN Cong-wen’s Literary theory with modern Chinese literature as its background made up the weak links in the development of new literature objectively.As far as the main trends of his philosophy of life and literature are concerned,SHEN Cong-wen took the moderate aesthetic standpoint and had particularities on theory through using the aesthetics as main points and methods of literature theory.As well,his characteristic criticism had the similar features,which it stressed the aesthetic particularities and characteristic traits of human being.The unique points and complex natures of SHEN Cong-wen’s literature theory attributed to the coordination of his theories and creations.
