摘要：通过对股权结构和公司治理的解释，论述了上市公司股权结构和公司治理的关系；再联系我国上市公司股权结构现状，指出我国上市公司股权结构存在的问题，分析了其形成的原因，并提出了解决的方法。

关键词： 股权结构, 公司治理, 经济增加值

Abstract: Based on a definition of equity structure and corporation governance，this article probes into the relationship between equity structure and corporation governance of listed companies in the light of real situation of equity structures in our country，with a view to find out and solve the existing problem.
