摘要/Abstract

摘要：虽然中国在签署加入ＷＴＯ协议时没有同时签署《政府采购协议》，但此协议体现了ＷＴＯ市场开放和公平竞争原则，开放我国的政府采购市场是必然趋势。因此我国应尽快完善政府采购法规和制度，实行国内产品优先政府采购政策，并不断提高我国企业国际竞争力，争取早日进入国际政府采购市场。

Abstract: Though China has not signed the government procurement agreement at the same time while signing the agreement of accession to the WTO,but this agreement reflect WTO to be market open and to compete fair for principle,open government procurement market of our country is inexorable.So our country should perfect government procurement regulation and system as soon as possible,imply domestic products have bean priority the government procurement policy,and improve enterprise's international competitiveness of our country constantly,try to enter the international government procurement market as soon as possible.
