摘要/Abstract

摘要：宪政内涵了现代政治文明应然的价值指向。现代中国宪政理想，必须通过确立良宪、切实的履行宪法、维护宪法的权威、一体地遵守宪法等方面促进政治与宪法的发展来实现。其中，立宪是基础，行宪是重点，护宪是保障，守宪是关键。

关键词： 宪政, 现代政治文明, 构建

Abstract: A constitutional government represents the value orientation of modern political civilization.An ideal constitutional government in China should be realized by establishing effective constitution,carrying it faithfully,defending its authority,and abiding by it unconditionally,promoting the mutual development of constitution and politics.To achieve this,establishing constitution is the foundation,carrying constitution is the focus,defending constitution is the guarantee,and abiding by constitution is the key.
