中小学心理健康教育的显性问题及对策

摘要:中小学生作为一个特殊的社会群体,其心理健康状况不仅影响到自身的成长,而且关系到学校的教育效能问题。因此,开设心理健康教育课,搞好中小学生的心理健康教育,使他们健康地成长,是学校教育的一个重要方面。目前,不少学校心理健康教育存在课程开设的随意性、任课教师的非专业性、心理辅导的片面性等三个突出的显性问题。解决问题的对策是,强化心理健康教育的学科渗透性、增强专职教师培训的科学性、发挥心理咨询室的多功能性。

Abstract: The mental health for students in primary and secondary school not only impacted on their own growth but also on the educational qualities,given their status as a special social group.Thereby,it is important for the school to set the course of mental health to improve their education in this aspect for their better growth.However,at the current stage,the education of mental health in school is pretty messy and one-sided with no professional teachers provided.The solutions could be summarized as follows:integrating into other courses,enhancing the quality of teaching staff and diversifying the functions of psycho consulting room.
