企业绿色文化对碳风险的影响——以2010—2022年中国A股上市公司为研究样本

The Impact of Corporate Green Culture on Carbon Risk:Evidence from China's A-Share Listed Companies (2010-2022)

摘要:

绿色文化作为企业内部非正式制度载体,通过价值观嵌入和战略协同重构了企业碳风险管理范式。聚焦我国“双碳”目标这一重大战略需求,将企业绿色文化与碳风险整合在同一理论框架,以2010—2022年中国A股上市公司为研究样本,深入研究企业绿色文化对碳风险的影响机制并探讨供应链韧性发挥的调节作用。结果表明:第一,企业绿色文化显著降低了碳商业风险和碳监管风险,进而降低企业整体碳风险,这意味着企业绿色文化体系的构建在碳风险治理上发挥了重要效能。第二,供应链韧性能正向调节企业绿色文化对碳风险的影响,供应链抵抗力与供应链恢复力强化了企业绿色文化的碳风险治理效应。第三,进一步研究发现高管环保意识、企业所在地是否为低碳城市、政府绿色审计水平以及行业属性会使上述影响更加显著。研究揭示了企业绿色文化降低碳风险的内在机理和情境因素,不仅拓展了企业绿色文化的环境治理效应研究,同时为企业降低碳风险提供了微观证据和现实思路。

Abstract: As an informal institutional vehicle within enterprises,green culture reshapes the paradigm of corporate carbon risk management through value embedding and strategic synergy.Responding to the national strategic imperative of the "Dual Carbon" goals,this study integrates corporate green culture and carbon risk management into a unified theoretical framework.Based on a sample of China's A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2022,we examine the mechanism through which corporate green culture influences carbon risk and the moderating role of supply chain resilience.The results indicate:First,corporate green culture significantly reduces both carbon business risk and carbon regulatory risk,thereby lowering overall corporate carbon risk.This suggests that building a green culture system plays a crucial role in carbon risk governance.Second,supply chain resilience positively moderates the effect of green culture on carbon risk,with both supply chain resistance and recovery capacity strengthening the carbon risk mitigation effect of green culture.Third,factors such as executives' environmental awareness,whether the enterprise is located in a low-carbon pilot city,the level of government green auditing,and industry characteristics further amplify the above effects.The study reveals the underlying mechanisms and contextual factors through which corporate green culture reduces carbon risk,contributing to the literature on the environmental governance effects of green culture and providing micro-level evidence and practical insights for corporate carbon risk mitigation.
