Abstract: With the improvement of the laws and regulations within the Party,the future construction of inner-Party laws and regulations should aim at the scientific nature of the rules and regulations,striving to improve the quality so as to ensure the coordination and systematicness of the inner-Party laws and regulations system.Due to the lack of experience and the short time,the scientific nature of inner-Party laws and regulations needs to be improved.In order to enhance the maneuverability and effectiveness,we should pay attention to the role of these laws and regulations.It is necessary to formulate special technical norms for the formulation of inner-party laws and regulations.At the same time,after the promulgation of the technical specifications,effective implementation of the technical norms should be guaranteed by means of filing and examination.Attention should be paid to the role of the technical norms in the formulation of rules and regulations,and efforts should be made to raise the level of the makers of laws and regulations within the Party.We should build a system of regulatory assistants in line with the practice of inner-Party laws and regulations,so as to ensure that these laws and regulations are effective in an all-round way.
