摘要：加强企业大学建设是推动大学形态变革的途径之一。企业大学所提供的知识生产服务是与企业生产实践相融合的。建设企业大学是产教深度融合的诉求。企业大学凸显产教融合的意蕴和价值。当前，企业大学建设，需要对其要素有清晰的认识，需要推进企业大学生态系统的完善和企业外部系统建设的创新。

Abstract: Strengthening the construction of enterprise universities is one of the ways to promote the reform of university.The knowledge service provided by the enterprise university is integrated with the enterprise production practice.The construction of the enterprise university is the realistic demand of the deep integration of production and education.Enterprise university highlights the implication and value of integration of production and education.At present,it is necessary to form a clear understanding of the elements of enterprise university construction,and promote enterprise university ecosystem and the innovation of enterprise external system construction.
