Abstract: The reform of comprehensive administrative law enforcement of ecological environment protection in our country came into being for the purpose of solving the various problems inthe process of implementation.In theory,the reform will help to scientifically set up comprehensive law enforcement agencies for eco-environmental protection,efficiently integrate the law enforcement team,and achieve the goal of the modernization of national eco-environmental governance system and governance capacity.However,in terms of practice,there are some practical difficulties in the enforcement of the law.The scope of law enforcement is not clear,the law enforcement management system is not perfect,and the structure of law enforcement team is unreasonable and so on.In the future,it is urgent that we rationally establish the scope of authority for comprehensive administrative law enforcement,straighten out the management system,and at the same time strengthen the construction of the law enforcement team,so that we can ensure a steady,orderly and smooth progress of the reform of comprehensive administrative law enforcement of ecological environment protection.
