Abstract: Human society has been changed into a dual social structure with the coexistence of real and virtual society.Non-governmental organization (NGO) also begins to take the virtual society as the organizational carrier for its development and growth,thus playing a positive role in prompting the scientific public policy-making,efficient solution to the Government network crisis and the completion cover of the social public service system.At the same time,it also influences and impacts the management for the virtual society as the issue that our public management has to face.Therefore,we should perceive it from the perspective of social governance and cope with it by means of the innovation and supply of management system,with the purpose of handling the relationship between government and NGO correctly,strengthening the management for virtual social domain,building a high-quality cultural and ecological internet environment.And our ultimate goal is to play out its real social benefit of NGO in the virtual society.
