摘要/Abstract

摘要：农业科技发展事关武陵山区农民生产生活条件改善和农业增产增收。以湘西自治州古丈县为例，对“先天不足”的自然条件，农业科技含量偏低，农民整体素质偏低，农业科技投入“欠账”，科技资源“短缺”等制约因素进行分析，从而提出了应对策略：加强农村农业科技发展行政管理和法制建设，科学构建农业科学技术服务体系，建立农民终身教育体系，拓展“科技示范”工程，发挥农民专业协会、合作社作用，借力借智壮大农村农业科技队伍，创新农业科技多元投入，探索非农科技与农业科技“嫁接、杂交”。

Abstract: Agricultural scientific and technological development is related to the improvement of living and production development for farmers and increase in the yields of Wulin mountain region.Taking Guzhang county in Xiangxi prefecture as an example,this paper analyzed several constraint factors like the weak natural conditions,little agro scientific and technological content,low quality of farmers,scarce concerning investment and resources etc,and posed several solving strategies as follows:enhancing the administrative and legal management of agro scientific and technological development,building scientific service system and life-learning education system for farmers,expanding the demonstration work,developing the rural cooperatives,strengthening the talents in this regard,diversifying the income source and developing graft and hybrid between agro and non-agro science and technologies.
