摘要/Abstract

摘要：农村劳动力转移是缩小城乡收入差距和实现农业现代化的重要途径。目前，我国农村劳动力转移与收入差距存在双向的因果关系。具体而言，农村劳动力转移短期内能抑制收入差距的扩大，但从长期来看，却是导致收入差距扩大的原因。因此，通过强化就业培训、消除就业歧视、完善社会保障体系，从而建立长效的农村劳动力转移的保障机制，才是缩小收入差距的有效途径。

Abstract: Rural labor transfer is an important way to narrow the income gap and realize agricultural modernization.The present situation witnessed a bidirectional causality between rural labor transfer and income gap,which means that,in short term rural labor transfer can prohibit the broadening of the income gap,and in long term rural labor transfer widens the income gap.Therefore,we can narrow the income gap by way of strengthening employment training,eliminating employment discrimination,perfecting social security system so as to establish a long and effective protection mechanism for rural labor transfer.
