体验教学的课堂定位与实现途径——以教师的生存意识和生命价值为视角

摘要:教育所要达到的目的都以“现实的人”为前提才能得以实现。教师作为现实的人,有其本真的生存意识和生命价值追求。以此为视角,可以把教育个体的生命体验定位成课堂教学的核心价值目标。教学过程也就成为教师与学生之间交流互动的生命诉求。教师必须打破传统的教学方法,坚持自我批判,与学生共同体验,开展理性的评价,获得自己的生存之道,从而提高教学质量。

Abstract: The realization of education purpose is preconditioned by the “Man in reality”.A teacher,as a “Man in reality”,has his sense of survival and pursuit of life value.From this perspective,education to individual’s life experience could be oriented as the core value of classroom teaching,and the process of teaching could become a communication of life appeal between teacher and students.A teacher should break the traditional teaching method,sticking to self-criticism and sharing experience with students so as to gain his existence and promote teaching quality.
