摘要/Abstract

摘要：中外合作办学的核心在于引进国外优质教育资源，补充我国教育资源的不足。我国高等教育在现有法律政策指导下形成了多种办学模式，推动中外合作办学的发展的同时也带来一些问题。通过对相关法规和实践进行分析，总结现有模式的特点，指出其缺点和不足，提出完善中外合作办学的法律体系，注重中外合作办学的特性加强对办学模式的依法监管，才是解决问题的根本途径。

Abstract: The essence of Sino-foreign cooperation in running school is to attract high-quality foreign education resources and supply ours.Under the direction of current laws and policies,multiple forms of school-running have come into existence,promoting education greatly.However,problems have also appeared.This paper,by analyzing relevant laws and practice,summarizes the features of present modes,and points out their shortages.Suggestions are put forward to perfect the law and strengthen supervision.
