摘要：从认知图式的三种次图式——内容图式、语法图式和形式图式出发，探讨科技翻译中的“忠实”与“变通”问题，尤其是当源语作者的认知图式和译者的认知图式存在差异时，译者怎样处理“忠实”与“变通”两者之间的关系，使译文表达合意得体。

Abstract: Starting from the three sub-schemata of cognition,that is,schema of content,grammar and structure,this paper discusses how to deal with faithfulness and flexibility in the translation of science and technology.The author also analyses the mutual relationship between them,especially when there are some differences between the schema of the source language and that of the target language.
