Abstract: It is the task of a religious worker to spread religious knowledge and lead his adherents to practice their religious belief.However,in the course of socialization,the religious worker’s role has been expanded,becoming someone weaving between the government and the people.By participating in government activities and conveying government will,the religious worker has promoted the unity between nation and society,and government and the people.The Islamic imam is a best example to illustrate this.
