摘要/Abstract

摘要：我国环境和生态平衡受到严重破坏，而我国远未形成以生产低污染、低消耗的绿色产品与绿色技术的产业群，发展绿色产业、开发绿色市场是解决我国环境与发展问题的有效手段。发展绿色产业，有助于扩大对外贸易，有助于改变我国经济增长方式。政府应通过加快绿色产业法的制定、实施与完善，强化法律法规手段，运用经济手段加强对绿色产业的扶持等宏观政策加快发展我国绿色产业。我国企业应通过建立内部经济性与外部经济性的双重目标，树立绿色市场营销观念，大力开发绿色产品，搞好绿色产品的销售服务等微观对策加快我国绿色产业的发展。

Abstract: Environment and ecology in our country are severely damaged,and green industry and green technology have not been effectively developed.This paper analyzes the present situation of green industry in our country and its importance in changing the way of national economic growth,and puts forward countermeasures to accelerate the green industry in our country by economic and administrative ways.
