摘要/Abstract

摘要：政府决策咨询是公共行政发展到一定阶段的必然产物。与美日英德等发达国家的政府决策咨询相比，我国政府决策咨询的发展还存在一定差距。加快决策者与执行者的适度分离；完善官办的决策咨询机构；进一步发挥半官方政府决策咨询机构的功用；大力发展民办决策咨询机构等，是我国政府决策咨询发展的基本路径。

Abstract: Government decision-making consultation is the inevitable product when public administration is developed to a certain stage.Compared with such developed countries as US,Japan,Britain,and Germany etc.,government decision-making consultation in our country still has a long way to go.Thus it is a fundamental way to develop the government decision-making consultation in China to speed the separation between the decision makers and executors,to perfect the official decision-making consultation agencies,to further display the function of semi-official government decision consolation-making agencies and fully develop non-government decision-making consultation agencies.
