摘要：随着城市化的水平不断提高，城市社区文化的管理中存在着与城市社区不和谐的因素。城市社区文化管理伦理是指，在以实现城市社区文化管理目标为宗旨的、城市社区文化管理领域内所涉及的是非规则或准则。城市社区文化管理伦理的和谐功能表现为，人与人之间的和谐：城市社区的人性化价值取向；人与自然之间的和谐：城市社区生态文化价值观；人与社会之间的和谐：城市社区生态消费文化伦理等方面。

Abstract: With the development of urbanization in depth there will exist inharmonious elements between city community culture administration and community reality.The ethics of the former refers to the regulations and principles to test legal or illegal,reasonable or unreasonable.Their ethic functions are to keep harmonious relationship between community people;correct human value,the harmony between man and society or nature;healthy biological culture value as well as consumption culture ethics of the community.
