摘要/Abstract

摘要：闽商乃中国十大商帮之一，伴海而居的闽商有着优秀的闽商传统和独特的文化。本文通过辩证分析闽商传统文化，由此试图探讨在新的社会历史条件下，受着深刻闽商文化影响的青年闽商的发展和变化，并针对这些变化中还需完善之处对新一代闽商的发展方向做初步的探讨。当前，闽商应该做到重视管理体制创新，建立现代企业制度；积极发展知识型、技术型、创新型企业；重视品牌建设；实现强强联合，走国际扩展路线。

Abstract: As one of the top 10 Merchant Groups,Min merchant group is of an excellent Min merchant tradition and a unique culture.With the new development of the world and the society,the author tries to study the change and development of the young Min merchant group,which is greatly influenced by the traditional culture.By analyzing its change and development,the still-need-to-be-improved parts are put forward and the orientation of the development is suggested.Currently,the young Min merchant group should attach great importance to the innovation of management system,the building of the modern enterprise system,the development of the knowledge-based,technology-based and innovation-oriented enterprises,and the stress on brand-building,so as to start powerful alliances and to take the international expansion route.
