摘要：独立学院是我国教育体制改革后的新型办学模式，本文分析了独立学院学生的特点、学生管理工作存在的问题，提出了构建学生管理工作的新模式。

Abstract: Independent college is a new model in the educational system reform of our country.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the students in the independent colleges and the problems in management,and puts forward new models in the management.
