个人交往主体性的功能诠释

摘要/Abstract

摘要：个人交往主体性作为一种交往关系质态，具有双重的功能：在微观功能上，表现为内推个体化发展和外拓社会化发展的人本指归功能；在宏观功能上，表现为交往良序弘扬的催生剂与交往良序病变的解毒剂功能。个人交往主体性结构的失衡还会影响到其功能的发挥，造成人本指归功能的效能扭曲和交往良序功能的良序失效。

Abstract: Individual intercourse subjectivity,as one kind of intercourse relation condition,has dual functions.In terms of microscopic function,it displays the human-oriented function of promoting the individuation development and the socialized development;in terms of macroscopic function,it can initiate well-ordered intercourse and treat the pathological intercourse.The unbalanced structure of individual intercourse subjectivity also can affect its function display,and create the distortion of human-oriented function and the losing efficacy of well-ordered intercourse function.
