摘要：以人为本是当代发展观的核心，实施以人为本的研究生教育是人与社会共同发展的必然要求。用以人为本的视野反观我国研究生教育，在研究生的发展需要与教育条件之间还存在尖锐矛盾，解决这一矛盾的基本途径是以研究生的学习发展需求为出发点，积极推进研究生招生制度、课程制度、管理制度、评价制度等的改革。
关键词： 以人为本, 研究生教育, 教育制度
Abstract: The human-based idea is the core of contemporary standpoint of development.It is necessary to carry out a graduate education based on a human-based idea to seek for a joint development of human and society.If we observe the graduate education in our country with this idea,we can find that there is great contradiction between the need of graduates’ development and the education condition.To solve this problem,we should be guided by the human-based idea and advance the revolution of enrollment system,management system,and evaluation system.
