Abstract: This article holds that culture and economy are interactive, that nationalities cultural resources are capable of yielding products which will bring about both social and economic benefit, that the key to the exploitation of nationalities cultural resources is to find out the appropriate s tarting point, that the protection of historical heritage and natural envirnment is the basic principle and fundamental task of this undertaking, and that minority people's wishes, customs and traditions must be respected and paid much attention to.
