摘要：通过对现行的“图书在版编目( CIP)”的数据标准化和规范化方面存在的错误的分析, 提出扫除实施“图书在版编目( CIP)”的前期障碍的相应对策。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the present data standardization of cataloguing in publication ( CIP) and puts forward the countermeasures to remove the obstacles in the earlier stage of CIP.
