摘要：司法腐败已成为建立社会主义法治国家的一道巨大障碍。只有从根本上克服司法腐败,才能高高擎起司法公正的利剑,从而创造一个正义至上、人权不可侵犯和法律面前人人平等的公正社会。

Abstract: Judicial corruption has been a huge barrier to the building-up of a law-ruled socialist country. Only by fundamentally elimating judicial corruption, can we build a fair society in which justice is the highest, human rights are beyond violation, and all men are equal before the law.
