Abstract: The national harmonious development is one of the most important social indicators in the ethnic unity and progress. The national harmony based on the national culture difference,Without the cultural differences,the harmony itself does not exist. Similarly,without the ideas of harmonious society,the cultural differences can only generate social confusion and hinder the development of national culture. From the national cultural differences to the national harmonious development,this is a complex social interaction process,during which the key is the emotional and rational adjustment.As such,cultural differences can promote national harmony and the development of ethnic groups.
