Abstract: Report of the 18th Congress of China’s Communist Party formally put forward the concept of “socialist rules with Chinese Characteristics”.Under the ideological guidance of emancipating the mind,seeking truth from facts and keeping up with the times,and scientifically mastering and applying principles of materialist dialectics in solving problems in China’s reform and construction,this concept is the compact and distillation of other rules put forward by Chinese Communist Party,such as governing rule,socialist construction rule,and development rule of human society.Holding an important position in the Party’s theoretical system,this concept is significant in socialist practice with Chinese characteristics.
