摘要：规范性问题是连接康德批判哲学与当代新实用主义的重要理论纽带。布兰顿在语义推论主义框架中高度评价康德的“规范转向”，并试图重释其判断、知性与实践理性，但这种重释在理论理性与实践理性层面均与康德存在根本分歧。康德的规范性立足于启蒙理性，通过先验范畴与理性自律确立认知与道德的普遍必然性；而布兰顿则在理由空间与社会语用实践中理解规范性，将判断与行动的责任性归结为语言共同体中的承诺与推论关系。二者的分歧体现了对规范性的理解从先验理性向社会语用理性转向过程中所呈现的内在张力。

Abstract: Normativity serves as a crucial theoretical link connecting Kant's critical philosophy and contemporaryNeo-pragmatism.Within his semantic inferentialist framework,Brandom highly commends Kant's "normative turn" and seeks to reinterpret Kant's notions of judgment,understanding,and practical reason.Nevertheless,such reinterpretation runs fundamentally counter to Kant's ideas in terms of both theoretical reason and practical reason.Rooted in Enlightenment rationality,Kant grounds normativity in transcendental categories and rational autonomy,thereby establishing the universal necessity of cognition and morality.By contrast,Brandom interprets normativity within the space of reasons and socio-pragmatic practices,and attributes the responsibility of judgments and actions to commitments and inferential relations within the linguistic community.Their divergence reflects the inherent tension embodied in the transformation of the understanding of normativity from a transcendental-rationalist framework to a socio-pragmatic perspective.
