Abstract: Promoting the development of deep integration of county-level convergence media is not only the realistic need to strengthen and improve the news and public opinion work,but also the inevitable requirement to improve the national governance system and enhance the national governance capacity.The application of 5G technology has created a historic opportunity to promote the deep integration of county-level convergence media.5G technology,which is characterized by enhanced mobile broadband,low power consumption,large connection,high reliability and low delay,has a revolutionary impact on media integration.The impact is mainly reflected in the following four aspects: the reshaping of production process,the upgrading of presentation mode,the prediction of user demand and the expansion of media field.In the 5G era,specialization,interconnection and platform will become the only way for the deep integration of county-level convergence media.In order to realize the development in the three aspects,the construction of convergence media at the county level should solve three key problems of transformation,circle-breaking integration and platform governance.It is necessary to avoid the decoupling of intelligent technology from professional ideas,to break the puzzle between connection supremacy and technical barriers,and to regulate the game of rights and the use of privacy.
