摘要/Abstract

摘要：整体性治理范式契合当下中国乡村治理变革的现实需要。借鉴和运用整体性治理有助于推动乡村治理观与治理体制机制的整体性创新与变革，有利于促进乡村治理方式上的整体性转型和民生导向的基层服务型政府建设；整体性治理也为创新乡村社会转型风险治理模式，克服农村社会转型风险治理中的碎片化现象、提高风险治理能力提供可行的治理途径。

关键词： 整体性治理, 乡村治理, 变革

Abstract: Holistic governance paradigm is in agreement with the realistic need of the current reform of Chinese rural governance.Through reference to and application of holistic governance,it is able to help promote holistic innovation and reform of rural governance and governance mechanism,and also help promoting holistic transformation of rural governance way and the construction of service-oriented grass-root government.Furthermore,the holistic governance also provides feasible governance means for innovating rural social transformation risk governance mode,overcoming fragmentation phenomenon in rural social transformation risk governance,and improving risk governance ability.
