摘要/Abstract

摘要：国内理论界对社会公正问题的关注和讨论，是当代社会矛盾在理论和观念上的反映，也是为重视和合理地解决社会不公正问题进行的积极探索。公正和公正观属于价值范畴，需要深入到价值哲学的层面进行追问和论辩。马克思主义价值理论坚持真理与价值相统一的原则，为我们合理理解马克思主义公正观、分析制度与公正的关系提供了重要理论基础和方法论。

关键词： 公正, 公正观, 价值, 价值哲学

Abstract: The concerns and discussions on social justicein the theoretical circle is the reflection of modern social conflicts in theories and concepts and also the exploration of properly solving this problem.Justice and the view of justice belong to the value category,which should be debated at the level of value philosophy.Marxist value theory holds the principle of the unity of truth and value,which provides important theoretical foundation and methodology for us to rightly understand Marxist view of justice and analyze the relationship between system and justice.
