摘要：档案价值鉴定工作对整个档案的管理、保存、开发、利用有着决定性的意义，但在这种鉴定的过程中，却一直隐藏着许多悖论，其中较为突出的有时间悖论、主观悖论和逻辑悖论等。

Abstract: Value verification of documents is of great significance for management,storage,exploitation,and utilization.However,there exist many paradoxes in the process of verification;among them mainly are time paradox,subjective paradox,and logic paradox.
