In the new era, Xi Jinping made a series of important expositions on the proposition of "why to achieve common prosperity,what kind of common prosperity to achieve and how to achieve common prosperity" in the practice of governing the country,which has formed a rich theoretical system.These important expositions,originating from the theory of common prosperity of classical Marxist writers,are rooted in China's excellent traditional culture,and are the historical continuation of Communist Party of China's unremitting pursuit of common prosperity since its founding.They are realistic responses to the development situation and development goals in the new era,and their core contents cover the profound connotation,great significance,institutional guarantee,strategic steps,practice paths,methods and principles of common prosperity.Xi Jinping's important expositions on common prosperity promote the new development of Marxist theory of common prosperity,provide theoretical guidance for gradually realizing the common prosperity of all the people and theoretical reference for solving the problem of worldwide poverty and exploring new forms of human civilization,thus they are of great theoretical significance and practical value.

General Secretary Xi Jinping's important and scientific exposition that Chinese communists must adapt the basic tenets of Marxism to China's specific realities and its fine traditional culture is a new summary of Communist Party of China's century-old exploration of the adaption of Marxism to the Chinese context,which contains profound internal logic.From the perspective of theoretical logic,it adheres to the correct and innovative development of Marxism and constantly creates a new realm of the adaption of Marxism to the Chinese context;from the perspective of historical logic,it insists on comprehensively grasping the historical context and trend,and continues to promote the historical theme of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;from the perspective of practice logic,as the fundamental method of "transforming China",it continues to practice and explore the main line of practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics;and from the perspective of value logic,it adheres to the Marxist view of the people and follows the value theme of taking people as the center.The dialectical unity of the four logic perspectives constantly promotes the adaption of Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of our times.

The formation of internal institutions is often supplied by the community (government),but the anarchy of the international community is mostly formed by the negotiation and transfer of some rights by various actors in order to obtain greater benefits from the cooperative international community.Of course,there is also a part that is caused by the spillover of the internal system of the big countries on the one hand and the internalization of the existing system by the weak and small countries on the other hand.However,the systems generated by these two situations are deeply marked with the brand of a big country,which will lead to "privatization" of public goods in the international system.China is the latecomer of global governance.China's role in the formation of the global governance system is neither an institutional spillover nor a simple one to internalize.China's participation in the process of global governance is based on China's strength and ability.In the process of the formation of the global governance system,China is not only the "institutional proliferator" of global governance,but also the "benefit spillover" and the value innovator of the global governance system.These three aspects highlight China's unique innovative role in the process of global governance system generation.

Can Green Development Policies Promote a Significant Increase in Employment?—Empirical Analysis Based on Panel Data of 284 Cities in China

Based on the data of 284 prefecture-level cities in China from 2003 to 2018，this paper empirically examines the impact and the mechanism of green development policy on employment by using the difference-in-difference model and the mediation effect model.The results demonstrate that:compared with non-pilot cities,the construction of low-carbon pilot cities is more conductive to full employment,and after further consideration of endogeneity issues and replacing the dependent variable,the contribution to employment made by low carbon city pilot policy remains robust;after controlling the time effect,the promoting effect that green development policy acts on employment is not time-delayed but persistent.Heterogeneity exists in the impact of green development policy on employment.Compared with western and eastern regions,green development policy has a greater role in promoting employment in cities in the central region;and compared with resource-based cities,green development policy has a more significant role in promoting employment in non-resource-based cities.The results of the mechanism test show that green development policy can induce technical innovation,and thus produces "expansion effect" of employment by promoting the level of innovation.This study analyses the effects of green development policies on urban employment from the perspective of low-carbon city pilot,providing an important reference for further promotion of low-carbon city pilot and the reconciliation of environmental protection and economic development.

Based on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020 in China,this paper makes a theoretical and empirical analysis on the impact of digital inclusive finance on multidimensional poverty and its mechanism.The research indicates an inverted "U" relationship between digital inclusive finance and multidimensional poverty and further analyzes the first-level sub-index of the development of digital inclusive finance.It is found that the inverted U-shaped relationship is more likely to be due to the "breadth of coverage" rather than the "depth of use" and "degree of digitization" of digital finance.Through the mechanism test,it is found that the poverty reduction effect of digital inclusive finance on multidimensional poverty is mainly realized by increasing the availability of credit and expanding the coverage of insurance or with other mechanisms or means.Through the test of heterogeneity,it is found that the turning point of the multi-dimensional poverty reduction effect of digital finance in western China lags behind that in eastern China.Therefore,in order to make full use of the poverty reduction effect of digital inclusive finance on multidimensional poverty,we should not only optimize the credit mechanism from both supply and demand sides and promote the development of digital insurance services,but also implement differentiated policies according to regional differences.

In recent years,the generalization of environmental public interest and the alienation of administrative power have become two major challenges to the construction of administrative rule of law in national parks in China.The multiplicity of the value of national parks and the uncertainty of decision-making guidance of administrative organs are the important reasons for the ineffective administrative protection of environmental public interests.In order to reverse this dilemma,it is necessary to establish the guiding position of Xi Jinping thought of ecological civilization and the principle of balance of interests at the top level of design,and scientifically define the connotation and extension of environmental public interest.At the level of system guarantee,we should,in accordance with the requirements of systematic governance,straighten out the administrative supervision system,strengthen the cooperative governance between departments and regions,improve the planning management system,and improve the supervision system of the rule of law,optimize the procuratorial public interest litigation and the central ecological environment protection supervision system,so as to create a new pattern of coordination and coexistence of environmental public interests and other legitimate interests under the guidance of legislation.

Based on the objective requirements of overall eco-environmental protection and the long-term needs of the construction of ecological civilization,China should establish and improve the environmental responsibility list system.There are some problems in the environmental responsibility list system,such as the lack of legitimacy of the issuing subject,the risk of disorder and the lack of content structure,and so on.Determining the nature and function of the environmental responsibility list is of decisive significance to solve the above problems.Environmental responsibility list is a kind of special autonomy norm of public power,which has the function of restraint and integration.The legitimacy of the issuing subject of the environmental responsibility list should be effectively strengthened by the way of filing and examination afterwards.It is necessary to limit the scope of the environmental responsibility list,and the approach to re-regulate the "local actual needs" is to transform it into local laws and regulations in time.The improvement of the content and structure of the environmental responsibility list includes the integration and linkage of responsibility,liability and exemption.The standardized development of the environmental responsibility list system is helpful to encrypt the net of "protecting the ecological environment with the strictest system and the strictest rule of law".

The essential attribute of image information and the inherent law of visual cognition determine that visual image has natural advantages in political communication.With the continuous upgrading of visual technology,the inherent attributes of visual image,such as vividness,intuition,concreteness,resonance and inclusiveness,have been continuously strengthened,and political communication has shown a deep visual turn.The image has been widely used,taking a more and more important position and continuing to develop.In the political communication centered on political campaign in the West,this deep visual turn has triggered a series of new trends of political communication:one is the specialization with image shaping as the core and personalization with specific characters as the focus,and the other is the persuasiveness deviation to the sensibility with sensibility as the core and the audience cognition as the target.As the focus of western realistic politics gradually revolves around visual elements,visual politics is becoming more and more important,which leads to new symptoms such as aesthetic of democratic election,individualization of political identity,paranoia of political attitude,morbid operation of democracy and so on，posing a great impact and challenge to the contemporary western political pattern and democratic order.

The information control behavior in internet public opinion reversal can change the evolutionary direction of public opinion events by influencing the interpretation and attitude of information audiences,during the process of which new social risks are stimulated.According to the inductive combing of 50 widely discussed cases of internet public opinion reversal that occurred in 2016-2022,it is found that information control behaviors in internet public opinion reversal on the one hand take information content and cognitive framework as the control objects,and on the other hand social risks derived from information control behaviors may be transmitted to political and non-political domains.According to the results of the analysis,internet public opinion reversal can be classified into "leveraging type","uncontrolled type","reef type",and "crisis type",with "information control mode" and "risk transmission direction" as the core dimension division.After analyzing the four types,it is found that the evolution of the internet public opinion reverse is accompanied by the derivation,transmission and accumulation of social risks,forming a dual structure of "surface public opinion + deep social risks",which not only causes serious harm to social order and political stability,but also triggers the inertia of people's political distrust and becomes an important cause of mass incidents.Therefore,changing the separation of internet public opinion control and risk management and strengthening the risk management process in internet public opinion is the key to preventing and resolving the derivative social risks and their transmission in the process of internet public opinion reversal.On the one hand,the public sector should further strengthen the regulation and standardization of information dissemination and enhance its own information dissemination influence and competitiveness to dissolve information control behaviors;on the other hand,the public sector should create a flexible and rigid public opinion field and actively respond to the demands of groups in public opinion events to ease the derivation and transmission of risk energy.

Max Weber first proposed the concept of "spirit of capitalism" in The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism and emphasized that the capitalist spirit born in Protestant ethics is an important force to promote the development of rational capitalist production.In fact,the spirit of capitalism is only a continuation of the alienation of realistic production in concept.It is based on the premise of rational capitalist material production,and is rooted in the realistic capitalist production logic.Due to the limitations of the analytical paradigms of class,value and "ideal type",Max Weber failed to detect the pseudo-morality of the premise,concrete manifestation,internal essence and historical role of capitalist spirit.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to look into the pseudo-morality of the spirit of capitalism for the profound understanding of the proletarian revolutionary thought and the great struggle with many new historical characteristics.

Jiang Han was an influential scholar living from late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China.His academic research,particularly his achievements in the study of Confucian classics was highly valued during his time.However,there has been limited research on his study,especially the systematic research on the evolution,publications and characteristics of it.Based on the existing works,diaries,social activity archives,newspaper reports as well as other resources,this paper comprehensively examines the evolution of Jiang Han's research,his scholarly focus transition,and his publications.It is found that Jiang Han's research can be divided into two parts:textual research and philosophical research.In his early research,he focused more on textual inquiry into the classics to distinguish right from wrong in the moral sense,which paved the way for his shift to research on the moral indications in the classics later on.From his middle age,Jiang Han focused on philosophical study with extensive writings on the moral indications of the Confucian classics,and pointed out the characteristics of Confucianism from his unique perspectives-abandoning sect differences,incorporating Chinese and Western ideas,and expressing care for reality.

This paper examines the determinants of Chinese cleft constructions with 是 (shi) and 的 (de).The core findings are as follows.There exist two categories of shi in the shi...de construction,with focal or predicative functions respectively.Sentences with a focal shi can be defined as cleft sentences. First, the form is "shi+S+（Ad）+V+（de）+O +（de）" or "S+shi+（Ad）+V+（de）+O+（de）".Second,shi is unstressed with no specific meaning,thus having no impact on the sentence structure once removed.In contrast to shi,de does not mark the focus of a sentence and can be omitted in many cases,and it can be placed at the end or in the middle of a sentence.Third, both shi and de are conducive in narrow the focal scale but cannot pin down the focus.The predicative shi is usually stressed in a cleft sentence,meaning "indeed" and having the attribute of a verb,hence cannot be omitted.

Upon the founding of the People's Republic of China,Mao Zedong adapted Lenin's theory of "transition to socialism" in the process of socialist transformation of industries in light of China's realities.In the socialist transformation of agriculture,Mao advanced Lenin's idea of the worker-peasant alliance in terms of the endogenous motivation of the peasants to embark on the journey to socialism,the mode of transition,and the value and purpose of the transition.In the transformation of capitalist industry and commerce,Mao inherited Lenin's practice of dividing capitalist industry and commerce into large capital,and medium and small capital,whereas,development and perfection of Lenin's "state capitalism" was made in transforming the bureaucratic capital and national capital in accordance with Chinese reality.Hence,Mao Zedong's theory on the transformation from new democracy to socialism is the landing and development of Lenin's theory of "transition to socialism" in China,reflecting the integration of generality and specificity in socialist transformation,the combination of tenet of Marxism-Leninism with Chinese practice,and the promotion of the value of Marxism-Leninism.

Through the concept of "action",Korsgaard expounds her very explanation of "self-constitution" and "practical identity".Taking the necessity and inevitability of "choice" as a starting point,she analyzes the role of "action" in building a subject's identity,agency,and integrity.This kind of development and unity between levels of inner structure is what she calls "self-constitution".Therefore,Korsgaard provides a new method worth studying to interpret "self" and subjectivity theory.It brings out the constructive and generative role of practice,tries to provide an empirical content for "self" and subject,corrects the abstraction and shortcomings of cognitivism and naturalism,and avoids the criticism of liberalism in terms of its formalism and hollowness.However,being trapped in a perspective of pure individualism,Korsgaard can't grasp the "constitution" of the "self" in reality,falling into the contradiction between empirical content and abstract form of subjectivity,which leads to a constructive circle of "self" eventually.This is due to the lack of inter-subjective space in her "self-constitution",which makes the generation of her "action" abstract and it is impossible for us to find out how social relations and social practices affect "self" and its construction.The most fundamental reason is that the "self" Korsgaard refers to is not based on the "real individuals" of historical materialism,and the "action" she refers to is not the material production as well.This brings her a dilemma of pure individualism and weakens the constructive and explanatory power of her theory to a great extent.Human's sociality and social connection come from the socialized form of material production,from which we must consider the internalization of practice inside individual subject,and then discover the construction and enhancement of "self".

The myth of Chiyou is a shared cultural heritage created by the Chinese nation.With mythic narration as the prototype,festivals,operas,martial arts,landscapes and other diversified cultural carriers are derived in different regions,which together constitute a diversified yet integrated Chiyou cultural pedigree.It can be seen from the polyphonic narrative of the multi-ethnic group that the Chiyou myth constructed the collective memory of the same origin and common ancestor of the Chinese nation,endowed all ethnic groups with the identity of equality,unity,friendship and mutual assistance as brothers,and expressed the emotional connection with kinship of family and the country.It is proposed that in the new era,myths and legends are not only universal cultural symbols,but also concentrated expressions of multi-ethnic history,culture,social life and local experience,providing historical foundation and spiritual source for cultivating and solidifying the sense of community of the Chinese nation.
