As a process of interactive behavior,governance is prominently manifested as an interaction between monarchs and scholar-officials in the national governance of ancient China.Either as early as the clan society,headed by Shun and Yu,or under the rule of King Wu (before 1,043 BC),or in the Pre-Qin period (before 221 BC),co-governance is characterized in the initial positive interaction between the rulers and the sorceresses and sorcerers,and later the scholar-officials.However,after the establishment of the unified system,the center of governance is obviously biased towards the monarchs in the interaction between the monarchs and scholar-officials.The practice of "taking the officials as the teachers" no longer exists because the monarchical power is not restricted,which leads to scholar-officials' lower social status and the abuse of monarchical power.During the more than two thousand years of unified politics,the scholar-officials are constantly nervous under the monarchs,and few can have good endings except some who put forward political proposals,although their political ambition is always to serve the monarchical power.When the ancient empire encounters the western powers,the scholar-officials shift their political goal for the first time,from defending the political power of the monarch to saving the nation.This not only reflects the changing process of Chinese society,but also shows the transformation process of ancient Chinese scholar-officials.

The path of Chinese-style modernization is the inevitable outcome of the unity of theory,history and practice.The Marxist viewpoints that modernization is the overall reconstruction of social structure,that modernization creates a new civilization of human society,that the path of modernization is diverse and optional,and that modernization aims to realize "man's all-round and free development" has laid a theoretical foundation for the path of Chinese-style modernization.During the period of new democratic revolution,the Communist Party of China established the modernization goal of "industrialization",and expanded it to "the four modernizations" during the period of socialist revolution and construction."Chinese-style modernization" was clearly proposed during the period of reform and opening-up,and in the new era,"the path of Chinese-style modernization" was formally put forward.The path of Chinese-style modernization has mainly realized the practical turn fromthe external-pull type to the conscious endogenous type,from the material-centered type to the people-centered type,and from a single low-level development to a high degree of comprehensive development.

The direction of western capitalist ecological modernization is to show the legitimacy of ecological narrative by mixing global ecological space restoration strategy and time restoration strategy with ecological hegemonism.Essentially,the rationality proved by it is nothing more than the ecological recessive presentation of capital logic and unjust deprivation,thus getting out of the "capital jungle" has become the basic direction of the creation of new ecological civilization.Starting from the practical ecological ontology,epistemology and axiology,aiming at the construction of "the community of life on earth",the creation of modern ecological civilization of Chinese style has constructed a new path that "man and nature are life community",bringing about the concepts of "community with a shared future for mankind" and "ecological ethics community between man and nature".It rejects the thinking mode of the antagonistic relationship between man and nature,constructs the ecological subjectivity as the essential force of the object,shapes the ethical pattern characterized by overall environmental justice,and transcends the era of capitalist ecological space production.The inclusiveness and development of Chinese-style modern ecological civilization makes it possible for it to continue to lead the global ecological civilization.

Academies of the Miao ethnic group developed rapidly after the turn of Qianlong (1736-1795) and Jiaqing (1796-1820) regimes since the gradual prosperity in the early Qing Dynasty (1636-1912).In this way,the traditional Chinese mature principle of rule by virtue,the ideology and culture of "great unification" and the orthodoxy and ideology identified by the history and culture of the Chinese nation have infiltrated into the Miao frontiers in an all-round way,and rebuilt the common spiritual belief in the "marginal" place,strengthening the political and national identity of the people of all ethnic groups.Compared with the cultural orientation and educational and teaching function of the academy in general,the Miao academy,as an important link and representation of the nationalization process of the "marginal" place,has always had a clear logic of "unified" state construction.In the specific historical context of the social changes in Miao frontiers in the Qing Dynasty,its political implication is particularly prominent.

Cultural populism is a deep expression of social populism,which undermines the important social functions of respecting authenticity,nurturing personality,pursuing sublimity and building consensuson the basis of the legitimacy of people's discourse.Essentially a false ideology divorced from the social reality,it implies the rejection of the harmonious symbiosis of multiculturalism under the guidance of socialist core values.The irrationality,parochialism and extremes of cultural populism affect the openness,inclusiveness,persistence and stability of the harmonious development of society.In-depth criticism of cultural populism is an important task of the current ideological construction,and it is necessary to adhere to the ideological guidance of socialist core values.From the aspects of adhering to the people's purpose of cultural development,defining the constructive orientation of cultural criticism,and cultivating the dominant concept of cultural identity,we should get rid of the interference of wrong social thoughts such as cultural populism,and clarify cultural development in the new era.

Internet decadent phenomena reflect the mentality and situation of contemporary teenagers,in which the negative emotions are the symptoms of communication in the Internet era.The rise of negative emotions on the Internet is asubcultural practice due to the survival dilemma caused by stratum solidification,and the social loneliness caused by the changes of the times.With the help of media technology,this subcultural practice finally evolved into the life label and symbolic meaning of emotional catharsis and self-satisfaction.Negative emotions on the Internet show the narrative style characterized by decadence,confusion,making a fuss about nothing and sentimentality,which presents three cultural meanings:from an individual point of view,it is a tool for confirming identity and value identity;from a cultural point of view,it conveys gentle resistance to real life and mainstream culture;and from an economic point of view,the essence of this style is to turn the audience into "digital labor" and provide businesses with "digital goods" freely,and immerse themselves in them.As an Internet subcultural phenomenon,the excessive spread of teenagers' negative emotions lurks ideological worries at the social and personal levels,which might be resolved through measures such as external acculturation and subject self-discipline.

This paper,using the commercial state-owned enterprises listed on A-shares in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2012 to 2019 as the research object,investigates the influence of media attention and internal control on the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.The results show that media attention and internal control promote the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises;in the process of media attention affecting corporate governance,internal control plays an intermediary role;at the same time,the role of media attention in promoting the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises is more significant in enterprises with lower quality of internal control.After the use of tool variable method,systematic GMM method and a series of other robustness tests,this conclusion is still valid.The research broadens the theoretical research boundary of internal and external governance mechanism,and provides a theoretical basis for the state to use external supervision mechanism to supervise state-owned enterprises.

In recent years,the rapid development of emerging communication technology represented by the Internet has become an important factor to enhance the capability of regional innovation.This paper,based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2006 to 2018,using the spatial Durbin model,constructs the Internet development level index,examines the spatio-temporal evolution of Internet development,and studies the impact effect and heterogeneity of Internet development on regional innovation capability in China.The results show that:(1) the development level of provincial Internet in China has obvious regional heterogeneity,presenting a spatial pattern of decreasing from east to west;(2) there is an inverted "U" relationship between the level of Internet development and regional innovation capability in each province,and the impact effect of Internet development on the innovation capability of economically related areas is greater than that of spatially adjacent areas from a spatial perspective.From the perspective of geographical location,Internet development in the eastern region has a significant positive effect on regional innovation,while the central region shows an inverted "U" trend,and that in the western region is not obvious.(3) from the perspective of the subject of innovation,the impact of colleges and universities on regional innovation capability is greater than that of enterprises and scientific research institutions.A conclusion is drawn that in order to give full play to the role of Internet development in promoting regional innovation,we should not only strive to improve the overall level of national network informatization,but also implement innovation-driven development strategy according to local conditions.

Whether the rights of nature can be confirmed in environmental law is a topic that has been discussed in the field of environmental law in recent years.Limited by the prejudice of anthropocentrism,traditional jurisprudence denies the existence of the rights of nature from the theory of rights and obligations and legal relations.In the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,it is put forward that "man and nature are the concept of life community",which reinterprets the subjective status of nature from the perspective of the integrity of human and nature and provides a theoretical basis for the legalization of the rights of nature.In view of the lack of legal norms of the rights of nature in our country and drawing lessons from the practical experience of foreign countries in the protection of the rights of nature,and based on the principles of natural reciprocity and risk prevention,China should adopt the agency system,public trust system and public participation system in practice,attaching importance to the remedy when the natural objects are damaged,advocating nature court,and constructing the Chinese way to build the concept of the rights of nature in the community of human and natural life.

Military criminal law belongs to special criminal law,and the boundary between it and ordinary criminal law has been disputed for a long time fromthe aspects of military crime,military personnel crime,equilibrium and dualism.Based on the needs of the tradition of military law,the constitutional system and the function of criminal law,dualism should be adopted to limit military crimes to the crimes committed by soldiers who violate military duties and infringe upon military interests.At present,China's military criminal law is co-compiled with the ordinary criminal law in a unified criminal code.However,this code is not conducive to clarify the relationship between military criminal law and ordinary criminal law,because it damages military legal interests and soldiers' rights and ignores the impact of the extreme particularity of military activities on military crimes and their criminal responsibility.In building a military rule of law system with Chinese characteristics,we should build a military penal code under the restriction of dualism in an independent mode.

Encouraging rural families to participate in entrepreneurship is one of the effective ways to achieve rural revitalization.In the era of digital economy,the level of education and use of Internet are the two key factors affecting rural family entrepreneurship.Based on the data of China Family Finance Survey (CHFS),a Logit model was used to empirically test the specific effects of the education level and use of Internet on entrepreneurship decision of rural families.The study shows that the level of education has a significant positive impact on rural family entrepreneurial decision-making,and the result is still stable after dealing with endogenous problems;the influence mechanism of educational level on rural family entrepreneurial decision-making is mainly reflected in the use of Internet,mastery of financial knowledge and accumulation of work experience,among which the intermediary effect of the use of Internet is the strongest.The influence of education level on rural family entrepreneurship is obviously heterogeneous.Compared with the eastern regions,elderly heads of households and families with high social capital,the level of education plays a greater role in promoting entrepreneurship in the central and western regions,young and middle-aged heads of households and rural families with low social capital.The study provides a useful theoretical basis and policy inspiration for continuing to promote farmers to actively participate in entrepreneurship and rural revitalization in the new era.

Promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of agriculture is the main starting point to realize the goal of "double carbon" in the agricultural field,and it has always been an important orientation of China's agricultural policy goal under the background of a large country and small farmer household.The development of agricultural production trusteeship,a new mode of agricultural production,is conducive to the realization of agricultural green and low-carbon transformation.It can promote small farmer household's green and low-carbon production through demonstration effect (driving small farmer household's green and low-carbon production mode),scale effect (reducing the average cost of green and low-carbon production),spillover effect (introducing green and low-carbon technology into agricultural production),and feedback effect (service organizations actively respond to national policies).At present,there are still some problems in practice,such as the rising cost of trusteeship,scattered links,lag of publicity,lack of trust and so on,which restrict the green and low-carbon effect of agricultural production trusteeship.It is necessary to optimize agricultural production trusteeship policy from the aspects of increasing subsidies,improving service mechanism,attaching importance to policy publicity,strengthening information services and so on,so as to accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation of agriculture and the organic connection between small farmer households and modern agriculture.

The period ofBeiyang Government (1912-1928) was a great turmoil but a significant age in Chinese society.During this period,the journalism,especially the private newspaper,flourished as never before,and journalists of private newspaper were exceptionally active in thought.This laid the material and ideological foundation for their exploration into journalistic ethics and contributed to the basic formation of modern Chinese journalistic ethics.The journalistic ethics of private newspaper practitioners during this period mainly included three aspects.Firstly,excellent moral character was the primary qualification for a journalist;secondly,journalists must undertake the core value of independence and self-respect;and thirdly,journalists should take objectivity and fairness as their working principle.The three thoughts provided the basic moral guidelines for Chinese journalists and promoted the professional development of Chinese journalism.

Body is the medium that connects the mind and the world,and it is also the form and material used in dance art.The dance body shows an ultimate "goodness" of dance art through the thinking evolution of "essence-way-value" in three aspects:the logic of generation,the pattern of expression and the shaping of beauty.The generative logic of the dance body is based on the observation of the body level,one of which is to present the material body as the real,and the other is to integrate the spiritual life into physical practice.Through the four expressions of body reproduction,body metaphor,inter-body nature and mind-body relationship,the "physical beauty","conceptual beauty","interactive beauty" and "self-consciousness" of dance art are generated in dance image,movement form,other relationship and self-consciousness,with the purpose to promote the construction of humanistic ecology with artistic body,sublimate character and purify humanity.
