Abstract: As China's rural development strategy shifts from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,Guangdong Province's support work model for promoting rural revitalization has undergone important changes,from the individual support of officials sent by village-based support units during the poverty alleviation period to the group support of multiple support units forming a town-based support team during the rural revitalization period.The focus of support has been raised from villages to towns,and efforts have been made to promote the coordinated development of towns and villages.Group support has obvious advantages in support concepts,support goals,support levels,and the composition of support subjects,with an initial effect.Three logic are found behind the success,namely,reciprocity logic,embedded logic and integrated logic.Among them,political reciprocity based on principal-agent,cooperative reciprocity based on performance sharing,collaborative reciprocity based on resource competition and interest reciprocity based on complementary advantages provide internal motivation for rural industrial revitalization;through relationship embedding,talent embedding and economic embedding,comprehensive resources are injected into rural industrial revitalization;and through target integration,policy integration and resource integration,development synergy is gathered for rural industrial revitalization.
