Abstract: There are different borders and levelsof justice.As the base of global ethics,global justice constitutes the highest level of justice.The possibility of global justice lies in the value choice in the globalization process,economic globalization and the globalization of human living conditions.As a kind of higher-order and super-state ethics,global justice is different from state justice,whose value orientation is cosmopolitanism and people-focused.Global justice has to fulfill warfare justice,distributive justice and environmental justice.To realize global justice,it is necessary to adhere to the principles of relative sovereignty,universal human rights and global responsibility,and to build up a kind of World System mixed together with Eastern and Western political wisdom and a “World Government” as well.In addition,it is necessary to give full play to the effect of all kinds of world organizations.
