Abstract: Since the reform and opening up,a large number of migrant workers have gone to work in cities with the help of social network.However,many female migrant workers,represented by household servants,are put in relatively disadvantaged status in the social network.Although female migrant workers have made effort to build a social network,they mainly rely on local social networks,forming endogenous relational network and extensional relational network alternately paralleling.Being in primary social net work,their choices are limited.Therefore,it is needed to optimize the construction of social network of the female migrant workers from both the external environment and internal conditions.
