Political Justice and Contract Theory

Abstract: Theory of justice and contract theory in the Western tradition of political philosophy has a long history in both.This theory has ushered in a renaissance in recent decades.This revival of the contract theory starts from the writings of John Rawls.His pioneering achievements lies in contract theory and political issues associated with justice and with a constructivist mode of political expression.Rawls believes that only through a constructivist theory of contract verification,a certain conception of justice is possible in a rational diverse contemporary society established,be rational and reasonable citizens widely recognized.It is precisely because the arrangements of this theory makes the theory of John Rawls theory of justice is more persuasive than the traditional contract theory or theory of justice.
