On the Religious Contribution to Ecological Protection under the Rule of Law——Interpretation from Ecological Culture of Native Minorities in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

Abstract: The native minorities in Qinghai-Tibet plateau all believe in religion.Their religious culture contains abundant concepts of ecological protection,favoring the ecological protection in this area.The universality and secularity of region enables ecological rule of law in this area to be necessary and possible,the sacredness and organization of religion supply ecological rule of law in this area with important ways.Therefore,the long prevalent thinking mode which excessively separates law from religion should be changed in ecological rule of law,and religion,as the local knowledge should be given enough attention to.
