Abstract: Inclusive Growth is the concrete confirmation of Scientific Outlook on Development,the realization form of socialist harmonious society,and the refined and lifted development mode of China’s economy.Inclusive growth is strategically necessary for China's economic security.It helps China to overcome the middle-income trap,and it is an inevitable choice of China to achieve economic growth,political stability and social harmony.Inclusive growth stresses the unification of social equity,fairness and efficiency based on necessary speedy economic growth,the substantial growth of people’s rights,social development in many dimensions,peace and development,and the participated and shared international appeals.The proposal of concept “Inclusive Growth” is an important historical event of the world,which is historically generated and logically expanded in China and other developing countries.The concept is the result of the situations of developing countries and the world situations,which reflects the features and theme of the times,an important key to the settlement of the theme of times.It accurately points out the common problem of China and other developing countries,and it has the historical significance worldwide.
