Abstract: In the new century,the Mongolian films directed by Mongolian directors reflect a strong nationality identity consciousness,which covers the profound understanding of Mongolian culture and the helplessness,misery and melancholy confronted with the challenge of globalization.The identity consciousness of Mongolian directors differs individually,which originates from infiltration,transplant,mixture and complementary cultural interaction,as well as the life experience and diversified backgrounds of the directors.The diversity is the vitality of films concerned with nationality themes.The multiplicity of perspectives in Mongolian films is a major reflection of the maturity of ethnic films.
